Maayan Iungman is a creator, puppeteer, and actress. 

Her theatrical language combines various multidisciplinary approaches of

theatre, puppetry, music and visual art.

Maayan builds unique, poetic, magical worlds - down to the finest detail. 

She graduated theatre and stage design. Later she studied fine arts,

visual theatre, directing and acting in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Barcelona.

She had applied her many years of experience to create works

of genuine artistic substance, using varied techniques and unusual materials.

Her solo show „NIYAR“ has toured in many countries at international festivals

and theaters, such as “Festival mondial des théâtres de marionnettes in Charleville-Mézières” France or TITIRIJAI in Spain and many more.

After 8 years in Berlin, Maayan lives and creates in France now.
